I will draw 5 people on the 27th of JUNE so be prepared. if your name is drawed out and you dont want to be a mod then TUFF! you will. if your name is not drawed out then i will pick out 3 SUBSTITUTE MODS. they will be the mods with the AGENT status under the mod badge. ALSO i will pick out 6 people to be our first lot of AGENTS! and the rest... worthy agent badges along with permanent citizenship for trying (BEWARE i could remove your status if you abuse the drawing wall EG: advertising blogs,swearing and ruining... drawing powers OR status could be lost and you can never be a citizen again if u loose the status)
